Human-Made Art Badge: How to Share and Display Your Human-Made Art™ Badge
Once your Human-Made Art™ verification is live, everything you need to display and share the mark lives in one place: your Verified Toolkit. This article walks through each section — embeddable badge, share cards, email signature, QR codes and stickers, press kit, and the “bring an artist” invite.
To open the toolkit at any time, sign in to ArtHelper and click Verified Toolkit in the top header on arthelper.com (or go directly to www.arthelper.com/verify).
1. Embed the badge on your website
Add a verified Human-Made badge to any site that supports custom HTML — Art Storefronts, Squarespace, Shopify, Webflow, WordPress, or a personal site.
Go to the Verified Toolkit and scroll to the Badge Studio.
Pick a style:
Corner Ribbon — the original classic look.; Floating Pill — a subtle, modern option.; Stamp — the mark alongside a descriptive caption.; Footer Bar — a full-width strip at the bottom of the page.Choose your preferred position (top-right, bottom-left, etc.), theme (light, dark, or auto), and size (small, medium, large).
Click the tab for your website platform (HTML, WordPress, Squarespace, Shopify, or Webflow) and click Copy snippet.
Paste the snippet into your site’s custom-HTML block or global footer. The platform tab includes a hint about where to paste it for that specific platform.
If you don’t manage your own site, click Email it to my web person. The toolkit composes an email with the snippet and a short note explaining what it is.
2. Share an announcement card on social
The toolkit generates three pre-built cards with your name and member number baked in — one for each shape your feeds care about.
Scroll to the Pre-made share assets section in your Verified Toolkit.
Under Feature your work, either keep the Classic mission card or click one of your portfolio artworks to use it as the background.
Pick the card you want:
The announcement (1:1 square) — Instagram grid, X feed.; The story (9:16 vertical) — Instagram Stories, Reels, TikTok.; The banner (16:9 wide) — LinkedIn updates, X header images.Click Download PNG to save the image, or Copy image to paste it directly into a post.
Click Copy caption to grab the pre-written caption, then post the image and caption together on your platform of choice.
3. Add the mark to your email signature
In the toolkit, scroll to the Email signature card.
Click Copy signature HTML.
Open your email client’s settings — Gmail, Outlook, or Apple Mail.
Find the signature setting and paste the copied block inline. Save changes.
The mark now renders on every email you send.
4. Use your QR code and stickers
Every verified artist gets a personal QR code that routes anyone who scans it to your public verified page on arthelper.com — no app download, no login.
Download QR pack — saves an SVG and PNG suitable for professional printing. Frame the QR next to your physical art or print it on a portfolio page.
Order verified stickers — weatherproof vinyl stickers, pre-printed, shipped from ArtHelper. Stick on the back of canvases or shipping materials.
Studio card template — a business-card PDF formatted for home printers, with your verification details laid out.
All three live in the Personal QR section of your Verified Toolkit.
5. Hand over the press kit
When a journalist, magazine, or gallery is writing about you and asks what Human-Made means, send them the press kit. It lives in the toolkit and includes:
Human-Made mark — download the official logo in green, black, and white PNG.
Press blurb — copy a 60-word boilerplate that explains what the mark certifies.
Brand guidelines — download a polished one-page PDF on appropriate logo usage.
6. Bring another artist with you
The mission grows when verified artists vouch for each other. The toolkit gives you two ways to do that.
Send a personal invite
Scroll to the Bring an artist with you section.
Read the pre-written invite (and edit it to sound like you — that’s encouraged).
Click Open in my email to send it through your default email client, or Copy text to paste it into a DM or text.
Nominate an artist for verification
Know someone who should be verified? Use the Tell us who’s next form at the bottom of the toolkit.
Fill in the artist’s name.
Add their website or Instagram handle.
Write one sentence on why they should be verified.
Click Send to trust team. Your endorsement bumps them up the review queue.
Common questions
I’m not verified yet. Can I still use the toolkit?
No — the Verified Toolkit is only available to verified members. To start the verification process, see Verification Guide: How to Get Your Human-Made Art Badge.
Will the embedded badge slow my website down?
No — the snippet loads asynchronously and is a few kilobytes. It won’t affect page load.
Can I change which artwork shows on my share cards later?
Yes. Return to the Pre-made share assets section and pick a different artwork (or switch back to the Classic mission card). Re-download.
What does my QR code link to?
It links to your public verified profile on arthelper.com — the same page anyone can reach by searching your name. The page confirms you’re a verified human artist and shows your portfolio.
