Getting Started with the "Promote": Your Marketing Launchpad
ArtHelper’s “Promote” tools live in two places: Art Marketing Autopilot for hands-free, recurring social posts, and Get More Followers for follower-growth services. Both are designed for artists who’d rather paint than spend hours figuring out captions and posting cadence.
Start with a single post (before you automate)
Before you flip on any automation, run one post manually from start to finish. It takes ten minutes and shows you exactly how ArtHelper writes about your work — so when Autopilot starts doing it for you, you already know what to expect.
Open My Artwork and click a piece you’d be happy to post.
Click Post to Social from the artwork’s detail panel.
Review the auto-generated caption. Edit anything that doesn’t sound like you.
Click Post now to publish immediately, or Schedule to pick a date and time.
Run a few of these by hand first. The captions get noticeably better once you’ve filled in Title, Description, and Tags on each piece in My Artwork — the AI reads those fields when it writes.
Turn on Art Marketing Autopilot
Art Marketing Autopilot is a subscription service. Once it’s on, ArtHelper rotates through every piece in your library and posts personalized Instagram + Facebook promotions for you, every week, with no further effort needed.
Open Art Marketing Autopilot.
Read what’s included, then click Subscribe.
Complete checkout. Autopilot starts posting within a few days.
Before you subscribe, make sure your Instagram or Facebook integration is connected — that’s the account Autopilot posts from.
Try Get More Followers
Get More Followers is a separate service that grows your Instagram audience by ~100 real followers per month. It’s hands-off after setup.
Open Get More Followers.
Review the program details and click Get Started.
Connect your Instagram account when prompted.
Schedule posts yourself instead
If you’d rather hand-write each caption and just want help with timing, schedule posts manually from Post and review everything that’s queued in Calendar. See the Scheduling posts with the calendar guide for the full walkthrough.
Common questions
What’s the difference between Art Marketing Autopilot and Get More Followers?
Autopilot creates and posts marketing content from your artwork on a rolling schedule. Get More Followers grows your follower count by running an outbound program on your Instagram account. They solve different problems and can be subscribed to separately.
Do I have to subscribe to anything to post manually?
No. Posting one image at a time from Post or from any artwork’s detail panel is included in your plan. Subscriptions are only required for the hands-free services above.
Where do I cancel a subscription?
Open Billing and follow the prompts in the Stripe portal.
What if Autopilot picks an artwork I don’t want it to post?
Autopilot only posts what’s currently in your My Artwork library. If there’s a piece you don’t want posted, either delete it from your library or message support from Help in the lower-right corner to flag it for exclusion.
