ArtHelper: Getting Started with "My Artwork"
My Artwork is where every image you upload lives. It’s the page most of ArtHelper’s tools — mockups, social posts, Sparks, marketing — pull from. Keeping it tidy is the single best thing you can do to make the rest of the app feel fast.
Upload your first artwork
Open My Artwork.
Click Add Artwork in the top-right corner.
Choose one or more image files from your computer. Upload starts immediately.
Once the upload finishes, click the new thumbnail to fill in Title, Description, Dimensions, and Tags.
Upload the highest-resolution file you have. ArtHelper uses the original for mockups and downloads, so larger files give cleaner results.
Supported formats: .png, .jpg, .jpeg, .tiff. File size limit: 100 MB per file.
Edit an image’s details
Open My Artwork.
Click the image you want to edit. Its details panel opens.
Click Edit Details.
Update Title, Description, Dimensions, or Tags.
Click Save.
Anything you write in the description becomes context every Spark and AI tool can use later — the more specific, the better the output. A line like “oil on canvas, painted on a camping trip in Colorado, 24 x 36 inches” tells the AI more than three generic adjectives ever will.
Find a specific image
Two tools work side-by-side on My Artwork:
Search — type a title, tag, or keyword from a description. Best for finding one specific piece.
Filters — narrow the grid by tag, upload date, or other criteria. Best for shrinking a large library down to one category (for example, “all landscapes from 2026”).
Delete an image
Three ways to delete, in order of speed:
Per image, from the grid. Hover the image, click the ••• button in its top-right corner, and click Delete.
Several at once. Hover the first image, click the checkbox in its top-left corner, then click the checkbox on every other image you want to remove. Click the trash icon in the toolbar at the top of the page.
From the image’s detail view. Click the image to open it, click Edit Details, then click the trash-bin icon at the bottom-right.
Deletion is permanent. If you have the Pinterest browser extension installed, it can block the checkbox — pause it and reload My Artwork if selection isn’t working.
Common questions
What file types and sizes work?
.png, .jpg, .jpeg, and .tiff files, up to 100 MB each. Larger originals give better results in mockups and downloads.
Can I upload a batch of images at once?
Yes. On Upload, drag multiple files onto the page or use Shift-click / Ctrl-click in the file picker to select several at once.
How do tags differ from descriptions?
Tags are short labels for filtering — landscape, oil, sunset. Descriptions are full sentences the AI reads for context when it writes about your piece. Use both.
Can I undo a delete?
No. If you still have the original file, re-upload it from Upload. You’ll have to regenerate any AI titles or descriptions the deleted version had.
