How Art Marketing Autopilot Works
Art Marketing Autopilot is an optional add-on feature for ArtHelper that automatically generates and schedules social media posts on your behalf. Here’s how it works and how to get started.
What Autopilot Does
Generates 50 posts per month — 25 for Instagram and 25 for Facebook.
Posts appear in your content calendar where you can review, edit, reschedule, or publish them.
Can be run completely hands-free if you prefer.
Includes tools for scheduling posts, creating email campaigns, and generating promotional assets.
Requires uploaded artwork to generate content.
Autopilot is an add-on — not included in all plans. After signing up, allow 24–48 hours for posts to appear on your dashboard.
Getting Started with Autopilot
Activate and set up your account — once payment is processed, plan features become available.
Upload your artwork — Autopilot uses these images to generate social posts, emails, and promotional assets.
Complete your artist profile — add your bio, artist statement, and social links.
Leverage the built-in marketing tools available on your plan (e.g., schedule posts, create email campaigns, generate mockups, monitor copyright with ArtGuard).
Use the Arty tool to generate captions, marketing emails, and other copy tailored to your artwork.
Access to Autopilot is managed through a dedicated dashboard, separate from the main ArtHelper app. Once your subscription is active, you’ll receive an email with details on accessing it.
Troubleshooting Missing Autopilot Posts
If you’ve recently upgraded and don’t see any posts yet, it’s likely still processing — check back in 24–48 hours. If posts are still missing after that:
Confirm that your subscription plan includes the Autopilot add-on. Not all paid plans include it automatically.
Ensure you’ve uploaded artwork to your account.
If both conditions are met and posts still don’t appear, contact ArtHelper support for further assistance.
Why Is Autopilot an Additional Cost?
Autopilot was introduced after the launch of ArtHelper’s original plans. Making it an optional add-on means you only pay for it if it fits your goals, without changing the features of your existing plan.
