Learning Resources: Tutorials, Videos, and Getting Help in ArtHelper
ArtHelper has two self-service learning resources: Arty, the in-app AI assistant that knows the product, and the ArtHelper YouTube channel, where short walkthroughs cover most features.
Ask Arty inside the app
Arty is trained on how ArtHelper works. It’s available 24/7 and replies in seconds.
Open Assistant from the left sidebar.
Type a question — for example, “How do I add a description to a piece?” or “Where do I see my scheduled posts?”
Arty replies with steps and points you to the right page in the app.
Arty is good at: explaining how to use a tool, suggesting which Spark fits your goal, writing or critiquing artist statements and bios, organizing your portfolio, and walking you through social posting. For account-specific issues (a failed post, a billing question), message the support team from the chat icon in the lower-right corner of any page instead.
Watch a video tutorial
The ArtHelper YouTube channel has short walkthroughs (two to five minutes each) for nearly every feature in the app. They’re a good fit if you prefer learning by watching someone do it.
Open youtube.com/@ArtHelperAi.
Use the channel search to find a video on the topic you’re stuck on — try “schedule post,” “edit profile,” or the name of any Spark.
Subscribe to the channel — new tutorials are published whenever new features ship, so subscribing is the easiest way to stay current.
Common questions
What’s the difference between asking Arty and messaging support?
Arty handles “how do I…” questions about the product. The support team handles account-specific issues — billing, a broken integration, a post that didn’t publish, anything that needs a human to look at your account. Reach support from the chat icon in the lower-right corner of any page on app.arthelper.ai.
Does Arty remember our previous conversations?
Arty remembers the artwork you’ve uploaded, details you’ve saved, and any memories you’ve explicitly told it to keep. Day-to-day chats roll forward as a normal conversation — old threads stay accessible from the Assistant page’s chat history.
Are the YouTube videos kept up to date?
New videos are published when new features ship. Older videos may show a slightly different UI, but the underlying steps almost always still apply.
Where else can I find help?
This Knowledge Base — the article you’re reading right now — covers every shipped feature. Search the top of the page for the feature you’re working with, or browse by category.
