How to Redeem the 6-Month Free Subscription Using Promo Code INK

The promo code INK gives eligible users six months of ArtHelper Pro for free. The code is entered on the checkout page, not on your billing page — follow the steps below.

How to redeem the code

  1. Go to the Plans page.

  2. At the top of the page, set the billing toggle to Billed monthly. The code only works on monthly billing.

  3. Find the Pro plan column and click Upgrade. You’ll be taken to a secure Stripe checkout page in a new tab.

  4. On the checkout page, click Add promotion code, type INK, then click Apply.

  5. Confirm that the total shows $0.00, then complete the checkout to activate your subscription.

Once payment goes through, your account will reflect the Pro plan and you can manage the subscription anytime from your Billing page.

Good to know

  • The code is only valid on the monthly Pro plan. It won’t apply to yearly billing or to other plan tiers.

  • You have to enter the code yourself during checkout — ArtHelper support cannot apply it to your account on your behalf.

  • The code can only be used once per account.

Common questions

Where is the “Promotional Code” field?

It’s on the Stripe checkout page that opens after you click Upgrade on the Pro plan — not on the Billing page inside ArtHelper. The field is labeled Add promotion code. Click it to reveal the text box and the Apply button.

What if the total isn’t $0.00 after I apply the code?

Run through this quick check:

  • Make sure the billing toggle on the Plans page is set to Billed monthly, not yearly.

  • Make sure you’re checking out for the Pro plan.

  • Re-type the code as INK in all capital letters and click Apply again.

If the total still doesn’t zero out, contact ArtHelper support and we’ll take a look.

Can support apply the code for me?

No. The code has to be entered by you during checkout. If you’re stuck, send us a message and we’ll walk you through it on a call.
