Scheduling Posts with the Calendar

Scheduling lets you write captions when you have time, then have ArtHelper publish them to Instagram or Facebook at the moment you choose. Everything you’ve scheduled lives in Calendar, where you can edit, reschedule, or delete posts before they go out.

Before you start: two one-time setups

Both take less than five minutes. Skip these steps and the rest of this guide won’t work.

  1. Upload at least one artwork. Open My Artwork, click Add Artwork in the top-right, and pick an image from your computer.

  2. Connect a social account. Open Integrations, find Instagram or Facebook, click Connect, and follow the login prompts.

Schedule a post

  1. Open Post from the left sidebar.

  2. Pick up to 10 images or mockups from your library. Drag to reorder.

  3. Click Next and review the auto-generated caption. Edit anything that doesn’t sound like you.

  4. Click Schedule.

  5. Pick a date and time from the picker.

  6. Confirm your timezone matches where you live (it shows above the date picker — change it if not).

  7. Click Confirm. The post lands in your calendar and goes live at the time you picked.

Tip

You can also schedule directly from a single artwork. Open it from My Artwork and click Post to Social on its detail panel — the same scheduling flow opens, pre-loaded with that image.

See and edit what’s scheduled

  1. Open Calendar from the left sidebar.

  2. Every scheduled post shows up on the day it will publish.

  3. Click any entry to edit the caption, reschedule the date and time, or delete the post entirely before it goes out.

Common questions

A scheduled post didn’t publish. What do I check?

Open Integrations and look at the status next to your social account. If it shows an error or “reconnect required,” click Disconnect and then Connect again — social platforms expire authorization tokens periodically, and reconnecting fixes most failed-post issues.

My post went out at the wrong time. Why?

The timezone above the date picker controls when posts publish. If it doesn’t match your actual location, posts will fire at the wrong hour. Set the right timezone before scheduling, and double-check it on Calendar — the calendar always displays times in the timezone you picked.

How far in advance can I schedule?

There’s no hard cap — you can schedule months out. Most artists who post consistently find a one-to-two-week scheduling cadence is the right balance between being prepared and staying flexible.

Can I schedule the same post to both Instagram and Facebook?

Yes, as long as both accounts are connected on Integrations. The scheduling flow lets you pick which platforms a given post should go to.

What if I just want to post right now, not schedule?

On the scheduling step, click Post now instead of Schedule. The post publishes within about a minute.
