ArtHelper Community Contests: Everything You Need to Know
ArtHelper runs regular contests so artists can showcase their work, find new collectors and peers, and win prizes. This article covers everything you need: where contests live, how to enter, how voting works, how to earn extra votes, and what winners receive.

Finding the current contest
Look under Active for any contest that’s currently accepting entries. Each card shows the category, the deadline, and a button to open the contest thread.
Click the contest card to open the contest thread.
If there’s nothing under Active, no contest is open right now — check back, or follow the Human-Made Art Society community on www.arthelper.com/community so you’ll see the next one announced.
How to submit your work
Submissions happen as comments on the contest thread itself. You don’t upload to a separate form.
Open the contest thread from www.arthelper.com/contests.
Scroll to the comment box at the bottom of the thread.
Attach your image and write a short note about the piece if you’d like.
Click Comment to post your entry.
One image per artist. If you post more than one image, extras will be removed — pick your strongest piece.
How voting works
Anyone in the community can vote. You don’t need to be entered to vote.
Upvote the entries you love most. Each upvote is one vote.
The entry with the most upvotes at the deadline wins.
How to earn 5 bonus votes
You can earn 5 extra votes on your entry by helping share the Human-Made Art mission on Instagram.
Download any graphic you’d like to post.
Share it on Instagram with the hashtag #humanmadeart.
In your caption, say what protecting and celebrating hand-made artwork means to you.
The bonus votes get added to your entry on the contest thread.
What the winner gets
A trophy badge on your profile. Displayed next to your name across ArtHelper so everyone can see you won.
A permanent award entry on your public profile. Added to the Awards section of your profile page at arthelper.com.
A feature on the ArtHelper Instagram account. Your winning image is spotlighted to our community of more than 22,000 followers.

Common questions
Can I enter more than one contest at the same time?
Yes — if more than one contest is active and you fit the category, enter both. The one-image limit is per contest.
Can I edit my submission after posting?
Yes. Open your comment on the contest thread, click the three-dot menu (•••) in the corner of your comment, and choose Edit. The image and caption can both be updated until the deadline.
Can I delete my submission?
Yes. From the three-dot menu (•••) on your comment, choose Delete. You can post a different image afterward if the contest is still open.
How will I know if I won?
You’ll see your trophy badge appear on your profile, and the announcement post will go up in the contest community. Winners are also notified through their notifications bell at the top of the screen.
Do the 5 bonus votes apply automatically?
Once your Instagram post is up with the hashtag, your bonus is added on the contest thread. If it doesn’t show up within a day, reply on the thread with a link to your Instagram post and we’ll add it.
