Getting Started with ArtHelper
ArtHelper is one place to store your artwork, generate marketing content for it, render it in room mockups, and post it to social media. This guide walks you from “I just signed up” to “I have a finished social post” in about ten minutes.
Upload one piece of artwork. That’s it. Once an image is in your library, every other tool in ArtHelper opens up. Open My Artwork and click Add Artwork.
1. Add your first artwork
Log in at app.arthelper.ai.
Open My Artwork.
Click Add Artwork in the top-right corner.
Drag an image onto the page, or pick one from your computer. The upload starts as soon as you select.
Click the new thumbnail and fill in Title, Description, Dimensions, and Tags.
2. Open the piece and run a Spark
Sparks are pre-built AI prompts that read your artwork plus the details you entered, then write something for you — a social caption, a product title, an Etsy listing, a list of buyer-collector questions, and so on. There are hundreds.
From My Artwork, click the piece you want to work with.
Click Explore With AI from its detail panel, or open Assistant from the left sidebar.
Pick a Spark from the menu. Examples to try first: Social Post, Product Title, Etsy Listing.
Click Run. Output appears below the prompt.
Every time a Spark generates content — including a revision of an earlier output — it counts as one Spark run against your plan’s monthly limit.
3. Tweak the output
Most outputs are usable as-is, but you have three knobs to nudge tone or content:
Inline edits — click into the result and overwrite any word, add emojis, or drop hashtags.
Voice — under the output box, slide the tone toward Formal, Friendly, Professional, or Witty.
Avoid words — tell the Assistant to stop using terms like “brushwork” if they don’t match how you talk about your work.
If you want every future output from a Spark to follow a rule — for example “always end with a call to action” or “keep descriptions under 400 characters” — open Custom rules, click Add rule, write the instruction, and save. The rule sticks for that Spark on every future run.
4. Generate room mockups
From your piece’s detail panel in My Artwork, click Room Mockups.
Search by colour or scene — red, crib, pillow — to filter the gallery.
Click any mockup to download a high-resolution JPG. T-shirt and pillow merch mockups are included.
5. Post to Instagram or Facebook
You’ll connect your social accounts once. After that, posting takes a couple of clicks.
Open Integrations and click Connect next to Instagram or Facebook. Follow the prompts on the social platform to grant access.
Back in ArtHelper, open Post — or open any artwork’s Post to Social action.
Pick up to 10 images or mockups. Drag to reorder.
Click Next and review the auto-generated caption. Edit it if you want.
Click Post now to publish immediately, or Schedule to pick a date and time. Scheduled posts land in Calendar.
6. Save anything for later
On any Spark output or generated mockup, click Save.
Add a Label — for example, “instagram drafts” — so you can find it later.
Open Saved from the left sidebar any time to copy, edit, repost, or delete what you’ve stored.
Common questions
Why doesn’t a Spark remember what I told it last time?
Spark outputs are based on what’s saved to the artwork (Title, Description, Tags) plus any Custom rules you’ve set. Ad-hoc instructions typed into the Assistant chat only apply to that session. If you want something to stick, add it via Edit Details or as a Custom rule.
How many social accounts can I connect?
One Instagram account and one Facebook Page per ArtHelper account. Connect them from Integrations.
Where do my scheduled posts go?
Calendar. Click any entry to edit, reschedule, or delete it.
What if I need to get help?
Click Help in the lower-right corner of any screen on app.arthelper.ai to message support. A reply comes back within 24 hours.
