What are the differences between Art Helper, Copilot, and Art Storefronts, and how do their plans work?
Three product names come up a lot — Art Helper, Copilot, and Art Storefronts — and they’re easy to mix up. This article explains what each one does, how they’re related, and how to pick the right plan for you.
The short version
Art Helper is an AI assistant for artists. It writes captions, descriptions, marketing plans, and email campaigns, and it can schedule and publish posts to Instagram and Facebook. It runs as a standalone product at app.arthelper.ai.
Copilot is a content-scheduling feature inside Art Storefronts. It generates, schedules, and publishes social posts based on the Art Marketing Calendar.
Art Storefronts is the parent platform — artist websites plus the Art Marketing Hub. Copilot and the Marketing Calendar live inside it.
Art Helper is a separate product from Art Storefronts. You can use Art Helper without an Art Storefronts website, and vice versa.
Art Helper vs. Copilot
Copilot is focused — it generates and schedules social posts off the Art Marketing Calendar that comes with Art Storefronts.
Art Helper covers a broader range of work. The AI tools (called Sparks) include writing product titles and descriptions, building marketing plans, drafting email campaigns, providing business guidance, and more. Scheduling and publishing posts to Instagram and Facebook is also included, and free on every Art Helper plan.
Art Helper vs. Art Storefronts
Art Storefronts provides artist websites and the Art Marketing Hub, including the Art Marketing Calendar that Copilot draws from.
Art Helper is an AI assistant for creating marketing content and running the business side of your art career. It doesn’t include the Art Marketing Hub or the Art Marketing Calendar — those stay with Art Storefronts.
How the plans work
Art Helper has its own pricing on the Plans page. The free tier includes 15 Spark credits per month plus free post scheduling and publishing. The Pro plan adds more Spark credits and advanced sparks.
Copilot is included with Art Storefronts plans — it doesn’t have separate pricing.
Art Storefronts sells website plans bundled with the Art Marketing Hub, the Art Marketing Calendar, and Copilot.
Common questions
Is Art Helper part of Art Storefronts?
No. Art Helper is a separate product. Some Art Storefronts members received emails introducing the Art Helper free plan, but that’s a free product offer — it isn’t part of an Art Storefronts subscription.
Is Copilot the same as the Art Helper Pro plan?
No. Copilot is a feature inside Art Storefronts, and the Art Helper Pro plan is a tier inside Art Helper. They’re different products with different feature sets.
Do I need Copilot if I already use Art Helper?
Not necessarily. Art Helper can write, schedule, and publish posts on every plan, including the free tier. The main reason to use Copilot is if you want content generated directly off the Art Storefronts Art Marketing Calendar.
Can I use Art Helper without an Art Storefronts website?
Yes. Sign up at app.arthelper.ai and you can use Art Helper on its own.
