Human-Made Art Badge: How to Share and Display Your Human-Made Art™ Badge

Overview

If you have been verified, and your verification is live, your work is protected, and your status as a verified human artist is officially active.

This guide will walk you through the various ways you can display your Human-Made Art™ badge, share your achievement on social media, use your physical QR codes, and invite other artists to join the mission.

If you’re already verified you can use this link to access this information within your very own ArtHelper account: Verified Toolkit

1. Displaying the Badge on Your Website

You can embed your digital verification badge on any platform that supports custom HTML code (e.g. Art Storefronts, Squarespace, Shopify, Webflow, WordPress, or a personal site).

How to Embed the Badge:

  1. Choose Your Style: Select from the available formats:

    • Corner Ribbon: The original, classic look.

    • Floating Pill: A subtle, modern option.

    • Stamp: Displays the mark alongside a descriptive caption.

    • Footer Bar: A full-width strip across the bottom of the page.

  2. Customize Options: Select your preferred Position (e.g., Top-Right), Theme (Light, Dark, or Auto), and Size (Small, Medium, Large).

  3. Copy the Code: Select your website platform tab and click Copy snippet.

  4. Paste on Your Site: Log into your website’s backend and paste the HTML snippet into an embed block, custom HTML section, or global footer/header.

Example HTML Snippet: (this code ex. will not work, you must get the code from your own ArtHelper account)

2. Announcing on Social Media

Announce your verification to your followers using pre-rendered, portfolio-backed announcement cards that include your name and member number.

How to Download and Post:

  1. Navigate to the Pre-made share assets section.

  2. Select Feature your work to choose either the Classic mission card design or select a public artwork from your portfolio to serve as the background.

  3. Choose your desired layout asset:

    • The Announcement (1:1 Square): Perfect for Instagram grids and X (formerly Twitter) feeds.

    • The Story (9:16 Vertical): Formatted for Instagram Stories, Reels, and TikTok.

    • The Banner (16:9 Wide): Best for LinkedIn updates or X profile headers.

  4. Click Download PNG or Copy image to save the file.

  5. Click Copy caption to grab the pre-written announcement text, then upload both directly to your social feeds.

3. Adding the Mark to Your Email Signature

Ensure every professional communication displays your verified status.

  1. Locate the Email signature block on your dashboard.

  2. Click Copy signature HTML.

  3. Open your email client’s settings (Gmail, Outlook, or Apple Mail).

  4. Navigate to the Signature settings section, paste the copied block inline, and save changes.

4. Utilizing Physical Verification & QR Codes

Every verified artist receives a unique QR code. When scanned with a smartphone camera, it immediately routes collectors, galleries, or passersby to your public verification page on arthelper.com—no app download or login required.

Physical Options Available:

  • Download QR Pack: Click Download QR pack to receive high-quality SVG and PNG files suitable for professional printing. Frame it next to your physical art or include it on portfolio pages.

  • Order Verified Stickers: Click Order verified stickers to request weatherproof, pre-printed vinyl stickers directly from ArtHelper to place on the back of canvases or shipping materials.

  • Studio Card Template: Click Studio card template to download a home-printer-ready business-card PDF containing your verification details.

5. Utilizing the Verified Press Kit

When journalists, magazines, or galleries write your bio and ask about your Human-Made status, you can provide them with your official digital press kit:

  • Human-Made Mark: Download green, black, and white PNG versions of the official logo mark.

  • Press Blurb: Copy a concise, 60-word boilerplate description that explains what the mark signifies.

  • Brand Guidelines: Download a polished, one-page PDF guiding appropriate logo usage.

6. Inviting Fellow Artists

The mission grows stronger when verified artists vouch for one another.

Send a Direct Invitation:

  1. Scroll to the Bring an artist with you section.

  2. Review the pre-written message (or customize it to make it your own).

  3. Click Open in my email to automatically generate a message in your default email client, or click Copy text to manually send it via direct message or text.

Nominate an Artist for Review:

If you know an artist who should be verified, use the Tell us who’s next form at the bottom of your dashboard:

  1. Input the Artist’s name.

  2. Provide their Website or Instagram handle.

  3. Write a brief sentence explaining why they should be verified.

  4. Click Send to trust team. Your endorsement will prioritize their application for a 2-stage review.
