Learning Resources: Tutorials, Videos, and Getting Help in ArtHelper

ArtHelper offers two main ways to get guidance: Arty, the built-in AI assistant available directly inside the platform, and a library of video tutorials on the ArtHelper YouTube channel.

Using Arty — Your In-Platform Assistant

Arty is trained specifically on the ArtHelper platform, so it understands the tools and features available. It can provide guidance, suggestions, feedback, and step-by-step help 24/7 on topics like:

  • Uploading artwork

  • Writing titles and descriptions

  • Creating social media posts

  • Organizing your portfolio

  • And more

To access Arty:

  1. Log in to your ArtHelper dashboard.

  2. Look for the “Assistant” option on the left side of your home page.

  3. Click it to open a chat where you can ask questions or request help directly.

Video Tutorials on YouTube

If you prefer learning through video, the ArtHelper YouTube channel offers tutorials and walkthroughs covering a wide range of features:
