How to Resolve Subscription Activation Issues After Purchase
If you’ve purchased an ArtHelper subscription but your account still shows limitations — such as restricted posting limits or Free plan status — your paid plan may not have been fully activated. Follow the steps below to resolve this.
Identifying the Issue
Check your account to confirm whether subscription benefits (e.g., increased posting limits) are active. If your account still shows as limited or on the Free plan, activation may be incomplete. Common symptoms include:
An “Out of Storage” notification despite having a Pro plan.
Reaching the “AI Creation Limit” on a paid plan.
Referral rewards or event-based Pro plans not yet reflected in your account.
Steps to Activate Your Subscription
Go to your ArtHelper dashboard.
Navigate to Billing → Upgrade (under the Pro column).
Enter the promo code provided during your purchase or event (e.g., 1YRGALA24 or 3YRGALA24).
Click the Apply button next to the coupon code to zero out the transaction.
Confirm the subscription by clicking Subscribe.
For referral rewards: go to the Billing tab, select the Pro option, and enter your referral code (e.g., FRIENDS3).
For event-based plans: use the specific promo code provided at the event. Your subscription starts once Pro is activated — any months before activation are free.

Troubleshooting Tips
Make sure you’re logged into the correct account associated with your purchase.
Double-check the activation code for accuracy before entering it.
Verify the code hasn’t expired or already been used.
If the total doesn’t show as $0 after applying the code, re-check the code and ensure you clicked Apply.
Activation must be completed by the account owner — support cannot activate subscriptions on your behalf.
If you don’t have a promo code, check your purchase confirmation email or contact ArtHelper support.
After Activation
Once activated, you can review your subscription details — including your renewal date — in the Billing or Subscription section of your account. Verify that your plan status reflects Pro and that your storage and AI creation limits have been updated. If issues persist, contact ArtHelper support.
